What comes on it?
An assortment of charcuterie (cured pork meats), cheeses, olives, pickles, nuts, fresh fruit, dried fruit & a few dark chocolates. Crackers are on the side to stay crisp, with jam.
Do I get to choose what’s on it?
We will select the best products & produce of the season, but we are happy to accommodate your preferences!
Allergies & Dietary Restrictions
When placing your order, please specify what allergies or food restrictions are a concern.
Pork-Free Selections?
Cannot eat pork? Not to worry. We can easily replace with beef or poultry.
Is vegan an option?
Sure! There is a 10% upcharge for vegan portioons as we do not currently purchase them in bulk.
Is Vegetarian an option?
Absolutely. We will just replace the meat selections with an extra cheese or two.
What do I need to know about grazing tables?
You will need to provide a table or counter top. We will arrive about 1.5 hours before the start of your event. Everything is either disposable or recyclable so at the end you just roll it up and toss.
